What is NNA Direct Support Service?
NNA Direct Support Service was created to help Australians living with disabilities, their families and carers. As part of Network Nursing Agency (NNA), we offer in-home supports to NDIS participants and caregivers through our large network of support workers and nurses,
Our in-home support services are currently available to people and families across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
Our Story
Originally established in 1997, Network Nursing Agency (NNA) started out as a family run business with our agency seeking to provide a service to the community by ensuring that the patients of New South Wales busiest hospitals and healthcare clinics could always rest assured that they would receive an outstanding level of care during their most difficult times.
This was the beginning of NNA, and over 20 years later the brand still lives on strong and remains a family run business. NNA made the decision to move into disability support and became a registered NDIS provider in 2017, and in 2020 NNA Direct Support Service was born.
Today, we are proud to offer a range of quality in-home supports and nursing services and provide people with the ability to choose from our large network of experienced and professional nurses and support workers. And if we don't have quite the right support person for you in our network, we'll do our best to find and recruit them based on your needs and preferences.
With NNA Direct Support Service, you direct your care the way you want.
All of our support workers and nurses are committed to continued professional development and undergo mandatory training to ensure you feel safe knowing you or your loved ones are receiving the best professional support. Many of our support workers hold a minimum Certificate III in Community Services and Certificate III in Assistance in Nursing, and all staff undergo mandatory police checks.
