What support can I provide as an NNA Direct Support Worker?
NNA Direct Support Service provides NDIS support services to people at home and out in the community. Our Support Workers provide a range of disability support services. We welcome applicants of all experience levels from industry newbies to skilled Support Workers, so if you don't have experience across all of the supports services we offer - don't fret! We provide on-the-job training and opportunities to develop your skills and competencies. Services we provide include:

How do I get shifts with NNA Direct Support Service?
If you are successful in the application process, you will be entered into our rostering system. We try our best to match our customers with Support Workers who have similar interests and things in common. When a shift near you becomes available and you are matched, one of our Customer Engagement Managers will notify you so you can accept. You may be required to travel to shifts so a driver's licence and vehicle are required.
How many hours of work can I expect per week?
The amount of work available is dependent on customer requirements and support locations. As an NNA Direct Support Worker, you will be employed on a casual basis so please note, we will be unable to guarantee a set number of hours per week. The minimum shift is 2 hours.
