The referral bonus of $500 each ($1,000 in total) will be paid via payroll (please remember that tax and super legislative requirements apply) once the referred candidate commences with Network Nursing Agency (NNA) and works 20 shifts within 2 months from the date of activation
The referred candidate must have a minimum of 12 months clinical experience to be eligible
If the referred candidate’s shift is cancelled prior to commencement this is NOT included as a shift worked
The NNA Refer a Friend offer runs from October 2022- indefinitely
Referrals can be made by active NNA staff members only
Referrals must be made and documented with the recruitment team to be eligible. If a referral has not been documented during the recruitment process you can not benefit from the scheme
You CAN refer more than one friend, but both must meet the requirements
If you think your referred friend has met the eligibility requirements and you have not been paid, please let us know immediately
The referred candidate must be a new candidate (Registered Nurse, Midwife or Enrolled Nurse) who hasn’t previously introduced to or worked for NNA. Unless the candidate has applied more than 6 months + ago and was unsuccessful
All referral rewards are at the discretion of NNA
